Privacy Policy

Breaker Map is published by WeaveHub Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the iOS app and our backend collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Account identity. When you sign in with Apple or email, Firebase Authentication stores your account identifier. We receive a stable user ID from Firebase. We do not see your password.
  • Panel data. Photos of your panel, breaker numbers, amperage, the labels you write for each breaker, and panel metadata you enter (manufacturer, install date, location). This is stored on Cloudflare R2 (photos) and Cloudflare D1 (text data).
  • Purchase receipts. If you buy the Homeowner Unlock or a Pro plan, RevenueCat receives an anonymized Apple receipt so we can grant the entitlement. We do not see your payment details.
  • QR view audit. When someone scans a panel QR, we record the time, the short code, and a coarse IP hash for abuse prevention. We do not log the viewer's identity.
  • Diagnostics. We collect basic crash and error data to keep the app working. This does not include the contents of your panel records.

What we do not collect

  • We do not sell your data. There is no advertising network in the app.
  • We do not track you across other apps or websites.
  • We do not use the camera or microphone outside of features you actively trigger (panel photos, AR identify).

Where data lives

Photos sit in Cloudflare R2. Panel records sit in Cloudflare D1. Both are stored in the United States. Firebase Authentication is run by Google. RevenueCat hosts subscription records on its own infrastructure. None of these vendors receive your panel labels or photos.

Sharing your panel

When you mint a QR code for a panel, anyone with the link (and the optional 6-digit access code) can view a read-only copy of that panel. You can revoke a QR token at any time from the app, which immediately invalidates it.

Deleting your data

From the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your panels, photos, and account record within 30 days. You can also email support@breakermap.app and we will do the deletion for you.

Children

Breaker Map is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will notify users in the app before the change takes effect.
