Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how WeaveHub Technologies LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Breaker Map iOS application and our website at breakermap.app (the "Service").

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers. Account identifier, email address, and authentication tokens when you sign in.
• User content. Photos of your panel and the labels, notes, and panel metadata you enter.
• Commercial information. A record of which in-app purchases or subscriptions you have. Apple processes the payment itself; we do not collect or store payment card information.
• Internet and device activity. App version, device type, operating system version, anonymized crash and error diagnostics.
• Approximate location. Only if you choose to enter a location (such as an address) for a panel you map. We do not collect device geolocation.

Sources of information

We collect information directly from you (when you create an account or use the app) and automatically from your device (diagnostics and device characteristics).

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate you and sync your data across your devices.
• Process purchases and grant the entitlements you bought.
• Share panels with the collaborators you invite.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share personal information with service providers acting on our behalf in the following categories: authentication service, cloud hosting provider, subscription management provider, and analytics or diagnostics provider. These service providers may only use the information to perform services for us and are contractually prohibited from using it for other purposes.

We share panel content with the people you invite to view or edit a panel. You can revoke any share from the app at any time.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.

We do not sell or share your information for advertising

We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process it for targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Retention

We retain account identifiers and user content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your panels, photos, and account record within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, accounting, or fraud- prevention purposes (typically up to 7 years for purchase records). Anonymized diagnostics are retained for up to 90 days.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you and access a copy.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete your personal information.
• Obtain a portable copy of your information.
• Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and certain profiling (we do not engage in any of these).
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, use Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app or email hello@breakermap.app. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

If we deny a rights request, you may appeal by replying to our denial email. We will respond to the appeal within 60 days.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Breaker Map is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
