Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Breaker Map, the iOS app and supporting services published by WeaveHub Technologies LLC. By installing or using the app you agree to them.

Your account

You need a Breaker Map account to save panels and use sync, sharing, AR, or the web viewer. Keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Breaker Map to break the law, harm anyone, or interfere with the service. Do not attempt to extract data belonging to other users. Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload.

Safety

Breaker Map is a documentation tool. It is not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed electrician. Never rely on the app for safety- critical decisions. Always shut off power at the main and verify with a meter before touching any circuit. We make no warranty that the labels you entered are correct.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases

Pro Monthly and Pro Annual are auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple. They renew at the price shown until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The Homeowner Unlock is a one-time purchase that does not renew. The free AR trial runs for seven days from the first time you open AR identify; after that, AR is gated behind a paid plan.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund process. Open the App Store, tap your account, select Purchase History, and request a refund on the receipt.

Sharing what you map

QR sharing makes a panel viewable by anyone with the link (and the optional 6-digit code). It is your responsibility to choose who gets the link and to revoke it when access should end.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data will be preserved without loss.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WeaveHub Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account from the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
